Chef Harrison Gessow specializes in plant-based cooking inspired by global flavors and seasonal ingredients. His philosophy is grounded in a pragmatic approach to cooking, focused on solid technique and simplicity. He deeply believes that the best food is equally flavorful and nutritious, and strives to provide nourishment to his customers (and family & friends) who enjoy his meals.
Although he does have formal training from working in restaurants, Chef Harrison is mostly self-taught. He is a passionate collector of cookbooks and consumer of cooking content. You can often find him studying up on the latest plant-based cookbooks or Youtube videos in the pursuit of deepening his knowledge.
