Recipe: Chili-Lime Tempeh

  1. Cut each block of tempeh into 8 equally sized pieces
  2. Add the neutral oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat
  3. Add the tempeh pieces to the pan and fry the tempeh until golden brown on each side
  4. While frying, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  5. Drain oil from pan and add tempeh back in on low heat
  6. Pour sauce mixture over the tempeh and stir fry for 2 minutes or until sauce is absorbed
