Back To Posts Recipe: Chili-Lime Tempeh

Ingredients
- 2 blocks tempeh
- 2-3 tbsp Neutral oil (e.g. peanut oil)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small knob ginger, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Recipe
- Cut each block of tempeh into 8 equally sized pieces
- Add the neutral oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat
- Add the tempeh pieces to the pan and fry the tempeh until golden brown on each side
- While frying, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- Drain oil from pan and add tempeh back in on low heat
- Pour sauce mixture over the tempeh and stir fry for 2 minutes or until sauce is absorbed
